Breaths per minute derived from the pulse signal. Core metric.

Definition
Breathing rate is the number of breaths per minute. Breathing modulates the cardiac pulse, so neccessory extracts the slow rise and fall of the recovered pulse over several seconds to estimate it.

Averaging window
Because breathing is much slower than the heartbeat, the breathing rate needs a longer clean window than heart rate to stabilize. Hold still for the full measurement for the best estimate.
Works when
- The subject breathes normally and holds still.
- Lighting is even and the face is unobstructed for a sustained window.
Does not work when
- The subject talks, sighs, or breathes irregularly during capture.
- The session is short or interrupted by motion.
Confidence
Breathing rate inherits the top-level signal quality; it
has no separate per-metric confidence field. When the signal is unreliable the
value is returned as null.
